Absolutely wonderful people! Have used Lopez Auto Body shop twice now for two rear end collisions. The first time the owner helped me directly with the whole process and was very kind and helpful. Finished my car quickly and did beautiful work! The second time Frank is who helped me, and he was wonderful. He answered all of my questions without hesitation and helped me tremendously to understand insurance, etc. This time was a total loss on my vehicle, so didn’t get repairs, but they helped me with all of that too! The best people in the business!!!

Highly recommend! Jesus was great to work with, he was very communicative with me and my insurance company (Progressive) during the entire repair process. When the repairs were almost done, he even told me that he didn't like the look of the cheaper bumper and he was able to get my insurance company to get him the original factory one to put on my subaru, which looks so much better. You can't even tell it was in an accident!

I had the best possible experience at Lopez Auto Body. Frank is an amazing human. Not only did he provide quality service and work, he assisted with navigating the “system”. He went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was repaired, unlike other auto body shops. I wasn’t just a customer; I felt like he truly cared. He treated me with kindness and respect. He understood my frustration when I transferred my vehicle to him from a different auto body shop. He took the extra time and energy to ensure my car wasn’t a “total loss”, as I heard from others. He was honest, sincere, and authentic. My vehicle was repaired in a timely manner with all work exceeding my expectations. I highly recommend Lopez Auto Body. Out of 5 stars, I would give them 10+!!!

Picked my girl up today and I’m so happy with Lopez Auto Body! Outstanding work and everything was completed as discussed! Everything!!! Nothing was missed! Even added a few extra requests last minute and the job was still completed in a timely fashion! Sadly, someone hits my girl annually for the past 3 years. This is the 1st time out of 3 the repair was done without any issues or stress! Thank you for a job well done and for fixing below average work of Red Lion Collision Center. A very happy customer!
